These terms apply when you visit or buy from thenaturesage.com. The website is run by Havenly Pharmaceuticals OPC Private Limited, Basant Niwas, in front of Nawada Thana, Ara, Bihar 802301, India (“Nature Sage”, “we”, “us”). By placing an order or creating an account, you agree to these terms, our Privacy Policy and our Delivery and Returns policy.

1. Who can use this website

You must be at least 18 years old to place an order. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian must order for you. You agree to give accurate contact and delivery details.

2. Our products and the information we give

  • Our products are for external use only. Read the label and the product page before use, and do a patch test first.
  • Product pages describe ingredients, traditional uses and how to use each product. They are not medical advice. If you have a skin or scalp condition, an allergy, or are pregnant, please ask your doctor before use.
  • Results differ from person to person. We do not promise a particular result.
  • We try to show colours, textures and packaging accurately. They may look slightly different on your screen, and packaging may be updated from time to time.

3. Prices and availability

  • All prices are in Indian Rupees and are the Maximum Retail Price, inclusive of all taxes.
  • Shipping charges, if any, are shown at checkout before you place the order.
  • Prices and availability can change without notice. A change will not affect an order we have already confirmed.
  • If a price or description is listed incorrectly by mistake, we may cancel the order and refund anything you have paid.

4. Orders

  • Your order is an offer to buy. It is accepted when we send you a dispatch confirmation.
  • We may decline or cancel an order, for example if a product is out of stock, the address cannot be served, or we suspect misuse or resale. If you have already paid, we will refund you in full.
  • We may limit the quantity of a product per order or per customer.

5. Payment

We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. For cash on delivery, please pay the exact order amount to the delivery person. Online payments are handled by our payment gateway; we do not store your card or bank details.

6. Delivery, cancellations, returns and refunds

7. Your account

If you create an account, keep your password private and tell us at once if you think someone else has used it. You are responsible for orders placed through your account.

8. Using the website fairly

You agree not to:

  • use the site for anything unlawful or fraudulent;
  • copy, scrape or resell our content or products without our written permission;
  • upload anything false, abusive or infringing, including in reviews; or
  • interfere with the security or normal working of the site.

9. Reviews and content you share

If you post a review, photo or comment, you confirm it is your own and is honest. You allow us to display it on our website and social media. We may remove content that is false, abusive or off-topic.

10. Our content

The Nature Sage name, logo, product names, text, images and designs on this website belong to us or our licensors. You may not use them without our written permission.

11. Links to other websites

Our site may link to other websites. We are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.

12. Our responsibility to you

Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under Indian consumer law. Subject to that, our total liability for any claim about an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect losses, or for a reaction caused by using a product against its label directions or despite a known allergy to a listed ingredient.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will be on this page with the date it was last updated. The terms that apply to your order are the ones in force when you placed it.

14. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Ara, Bihar have jurisdiction over any dispute, subject to your rights under consumer law.
