• Messages you send us: questions, feedback, reviews, and anything you choose to tell us in them.
• Newsletter sign-up: your email address and your consent.

Information collected automatically

• Device and browser details, IP address, and the approximate location they indicate.
• Pages you view, products you add to your cart, and the page that brought you to our site.

Information from others

• Delivery updates from our courier partners.
• Payment confirmation from our payment partners, when you pay online.

We ask only for what we need to serve you. Please do not send us medical records or detailed health information. If you tell us about a skin or hair concern, we use it only to answer your question.

3. Payment information

We do not collect or store your card, UPI or bank details. When you pay online, those details go directly to our payment gateway, which tells us only whether the payment succeeded. For cash on delivery, we use your name, address and phone number to deliver the order and collect payment.

4. How we use your information

We use your information for these purposes only. We do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone.

5. Marketing messages

We send newsletters, offers or promotional messages by email, SMS or WhatsApp only if you have asked for them, for example by ticking the box on our sign-up form. You can stop them at any time by using the unsubscribe link in any email, replying STOP where that is offered, or writing to us at support@thenaturesage.com. Order and service messages will still reach you, because we need them to complete your purchase.

6. Cookies and similar technologies

Cookies are small files saved on your device. We use them to keep items in your cart and keep you signed in. We may also use analytics and advertising tools that set cookies or similar tags, to understand which pages are visited, how the site performs, and how our advertising on other platforms is working.

• Account details: until you ask us to close your account.
• Marketing contact details: until you unsubscribe or withdraw consent.

After that, we delete the information or make it anonymous.
