Our products
Are Nature Sage products Ayurvedic?
Yes. Every product is a proprietary Ayurvedic formulation made under an AYUSH manufacturing licence, using classical preparations and herbs such as Kumkumadi Tailam, manjistha, ashwagandha and amla.
Are your products 100% natural or chemical-free?
We would rather be accurate. Our formulas are built on plant oils, extracts, clays and classical preparations. Water-based products also need a preservative and an emulsifier to stay safe and stable, and we list every one of them with its percentage on the label.
What do you leave out?
No parabens, no sulphate cleansers, no mineral oil, no silicones and no added synthetic fragrance.
Are your products vegan?
Not all of them. Lip Elixir contains beeswax and cow ghee, Dewy Face Scrub and Kesar Snaan Body Wash contain honey, and Detox Facial Mask contains mukta pishti, which is made from pearl.
Will the products suit sensitive skin?
Every skin is different. Please read the ingredient list on the product page and do a patch test on your inner arm for 24 hours before first use.
Can I use the products during pregnancy or while breastfeeding?
Several products contain essential oils. Please check with your doctor before use.
Do the products contain nuts or other allergens?
Some do. Radiance Serum, Surya Kavach Cream, Lip Elixir and Hair Growth Serum contain almond oil; the scrub and mask contain walnut shell powder; the serums contain sesame oil. Each product page lists the full composition.
In what order should I use the products?
Mornings: cleanser, Radiance Serum, Surya Kavach Cream, Lip Elixir. Nights: cleanser, Radiance Serum, Lip Elixir. The scrub and mask are for different evenings, up to twice a week each. See our Daily Rituals page.
Can I use the scrub and the mask on the same day?
Better not. Use them on different evenings so your skin is not over-worked.
Is Radiance Serum a water-based serum?
No, it is an oil. Use 2 to 4 drops, and follow it with Surya Kavach Cream in the morning.
Is Surya Kavach a sunscreen?
It is a day cream with mineral filters, a zinc preparation (Yashad Bhasma) and titanium dioxide.
Is Hair Growth Serum a leave-in serum?
No. It is a scalp and hair oil. Massage it in, leave it for at least an hour or overnight, then wash it out.
Can men use Nature Sage products?
Yes. Skin and hair care is not gendered.
Can children use them?
Our products are made for adults. Please ask a doctor before using them on a child.
What is the shelf life?
Three years from manufacture for Radiance Serum and Hair Growth Serum, and two years for the rest. The manufacturing date is printed on every pack.
How should I store them?
In a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, with the cap closed tightly. Keep water out of the scrub and mask jars.

How do I place an order?
Add products to your cart, go to checkout, enter your delivery details and confirm. You do not need an account.
What payment methods do you accept?
Cash on delivery.
Is GST included in the price?
Yes. All prices are MRP, inclusive of all taxes.
Will I get an order confirmation?
Yes, by email as soon as the order is placed.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes, within 24 hours of placing it, as long as it has not been dispatched. Write to support@thenaturesage.com or message +91 73690 50339 with your order number.
Shipping and delivery
Where do you deliver?
Across India, to pin codes served by our courier partners.
When will my order arrive?
Most orders are dispatched within 24 hours and usually arrive in 3 to 7 business days. Remote areas can take 10 to 12.
What are the shipping charges?
Shipping is free on orders above Rs 500, and a flat Rs 60 on orders of Rs 500 or less. Cash on delivery orders carry a COD fee of Rs 20.
How do I track my order?
We email you the tracking number and the courier’s name once the order is dispatched.
Do you ship outside India?
Not at present.
Returns, cancellations and refunds
Can I return a product?
For hygiene reasons we cannot take back opened or used products. If your order arrives damaged, leaking, wrong, incomplete or defective, we will replace it or refund you.
What should I do if my order arrives damaged?
Write to us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos or an unboxing video. For a quality concern, write within 7 days.
How long do refunds take?
Approved refunds usually reach you within 7 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.
My skin reacted to a product. What now?
Stop using it and write to us with your order number and a photo. We look at every case individually.
Quality and authenticity
Where are your products made?
In India, at an AYUSH-licensed manufacturing facility in Haryana.
How do I know my product is genuine?

Why does the colour or scent vary slightly between batches?
We use plant oils and extracts and add no synthetic fragrance or colour, so small natural variations are normal.
